Our first ever Girls Getaway is coming soon and this is an event you do not want to miss! Girls Getaway is the perfect chance for you and your friends to get away from your busy lives and hectic schedules, have a blast with the ladies of JCI, and grow in your relationship with God.
Pastor Christian’s wife, Danielle, will be speaking along with some of our other staff wives and ministry leaders. These ladies will all share from their heart while giving you practical truth from God’s word. You will be challenged and inspired to grow in your walk with God. Special guest, Todd Rukes, will be leading our worship time. Todd is a worship leader, singer, and songwriter, and you will be blessed by his ministry.
We also have some incredible activities in the works for you, including “The Amazing Race” scavenger hunt, a mix and mingle “Mocktail” Party, Jammies & Junkfood night with a Just Dance competition, plus plenty of free time for shopping and hanging out. It doesn’t matter if you are married, single, a student or career woman, a super model or a super mom! We believe amazing things can happen when women gather together to worship, grow, and spend time together. So go pack your bags, grab a friend, and get ready to have an unbelievable weekend!
Registration Details
Girls Getaway will be held at Hyatt Place (7600 NW 97th Terr, Kansas City, MO 64153) in the Zona Rosa shopping area. The cost is: $60 (4 ladies/room), $70 (3 ladies/room), or $80 (2 ladies/room). This price includes all the weekend activities, snacks and special treats, a T-shirt, and breakfast Saturday morning. All participants must be age 18 or older. Childcare is not provided, and children may not attend. Your registration is not complete until you pay in full. To ensure your spot be sure to register by October 30. There are no refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
Check-In Details
Check-in at the Hyatt Place will be open Friday, November 11, from 6:00-7:00 p.m. (Dinner on Friday night is not included but snacks and desert will be served at check-in.) The event will conclude at approximately 4 p.m. on Saturday. Transportation is not provided.
